Photo story: Glymur, the higest waterfall in Iceland
On May 29 I went with my Polish friends for short hiking to the highest waterfall in Iceland, Glymur. It was Thursday free of work, one of the red calendar days in Icelandic summer :) Although the prevision was showing sunny weather the sky was quite grey and when we reached the top of the mountain it started to rain, so we had to hurry up to go down. We weren't prepared for the rainy weather on that day! We climbed Glymur from the left side as the river level was quite high to got to the wooden.. I hope the next trip there will allow me to such much more, also a lake that is hidden further on the mountain. At the moment just enjoy the landscapes and the blue-violet lupins that started to bloom in the end of May :))
